Brief:
Create an extensive ad suite of video ads and static banners for Hellobank, targeting two generations with two distinct card offerings: Hello One for Gen Z and Hello Prime for Millennials.
Question:
How to use the same brand identity, voice, and shared assets to speak to two different generations with distinct motivations and expectations.
Result:
The work needed to remain cohesive while speaking to different motivations and expectations and this required a strategic split in communication approach: delivering clear messages and benefits for Millennials, while engaging Gen Z on a more emotional level through energy, tone, and visual impact. The project resulted in two distinct motion languages built on a shared brand foundation. Hello Prime used a more fashion and beauty inspired visual style, while Hello One leaned into a rhythmic, maximalist, and playful approach. A slightly adjusted color palette supported the differentiation, allowing both card offerings to feel targeted while remaining unmistakably Hellobank.
